The Services may offer in-app purchases for virtual items (e.g., currency, boosters). Purchases are processed through third-party platforms (e.g., Apple App Store) and are non-refundable except as required by law. Virtual items have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Queensland, Australia.
